Lorraine Wilson provides Strategic Technology Guidance for NEA’s Online properties: web sites, State Affiliate Web Site Hosting Program, NEA Academy, Groupsites, and Web 2.0. Her experience is in Enterprise Content Management, Interaction Design, and Online Community Development.

During her time with NEA, Lorraine has managed the NEA Publishing Center;  developed the first NEA Online Community on AOL, and NEA’s first online conferences “StaffConnect’98” and the “Teacher Quality conference;” and produced the NEA New Teacher CDs “It’s All About Kids,” and “Wisdom On Demand.”

Lorraine began her career in Silicon Valley helping to design and test some of the technologies that would eventually revolutionize the workplace. Moving into Publishing Technologies, she provided consulting services to some of the largest publishing companies in the nation including Hearst, Chilton, WestLaw, Reader’s Digest, and TV Guide.
